My appointment for a blood test was at 9am, most efficiently and kindly done and back in the car at 9:03. Results to my phone in the afternoon. Easy to take these things for granted - but I stopped to think how amazing that really is! Thank you.

I had an injection given by a nurse, which was quick and I had little pain. I did not see the receptionists.

The reception team are really lovely ladies. they have always been polite and helpful whenever I've had the need to speak to them. The medical team are also very lovely, doctors, nurses, practitioner pharmacist are all great, we are so lucky to have such good people at our village surgery

Often waiting on the phone line- recently for 1 hour 5 min! Can normally get appointments but these are for future dates, haven’t had to try and book same day - which I hear can be problematic.

The reception staff are always helpful it’s just waiting on the phone line that is irksome.

Difficult to know which requests should be made for the same day via early morning phone, or which can be dealt with later. Apptmts requested later always seem to be too many days ahead.

I would appreciate more info about current doctors. Perhaps online.
